Formed in 2015, The Sextones quickly garnered a dedicated following on the West Coast before making an international splash with their self-released 2017 debut album “Moonlight Vision.” Comprised of childhood friends Mark Sexton (guitar, vocals), Alexander Korostinsky (bass), Daniel Weiss (drums), and Christopher Sexton (piano), their deep musical chemistry forms the backbone of the band’s lasting creativity and success. Each member also brings their unique talents to other notable projects—Daniel, for instance, is a member of Object Heavy, a band you may recognize from the 23/24 winter concert series. Together, The Sextones continue to push the boundaries of modern soul and funk.
